T’ähä [TAH-HA] comes from 25 years of experience in the service and hospitality industry. T’ähä strives to offer a unique perspective of the Mexican-American experience through culture and food. At T’ähä we focus on cuisine from Central Mexico through an American Midwest perspective. We hope to provide the greater Kansas City community a cultural experience that reconnects them to the land we call home. Through community, meaningful connections and authentic and quality ingredients, T’ähä commits itself to creating a space that goes beyond food & beverage.

Our story begins in Patria Nueva, Hidalgo, Mexico. A small pueblo located in central Mexico. Nestled in the towering mountains of the Valle de Mezquital, Chef Fidel Gomez was born in 1976 to Jose Gomez Perez and Cenorina Gomez Montiel.
